A delicious, crispy delicacy, ideal as a main course or side dish.
Ingredients
4 parasol mushroom caps, 2 eggs, 100g flour, 100g breadcrumbs, oil for frying, salt, pepper.
Instructions
1. Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems. 2. Whisk the eggs, place flour and breadcrumbs on separate plates. 3. Dip the mushroom caps first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. 4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. 5. Drain on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Important Warning!
Make sure to only use young parasol mushrooms and discard the stem, as it is inedible.
