A simple and quick recipe to enjoy the delicious taste of fresh chanterelles.


Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 500g chanterelles
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Clean the chanterelles and fry them in a pan with butter until golden brown.
2. Add chopped garlic and fry briefly.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
